Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 2026 · EvolvLabs, LLC

This policy describes uses that are not allowed on the Exolvra website, waitlist, and product. It exists to keep the service safe, lawful, and reliable for everyone. It supplements our Terms of Service and any product license.

The spirit of it. Use Exolvra for legitimate work, follow the law, respect other people's rights and systems, and don't aim our agents or our infrastructure at anything harmful. Because Exolvra runs agents that can take real actions and use real tools, you are responsible for the work you direct them to do.

01Scope

This policy applies to anyone who uses the exolvra.ai website or waitlist, and to use of the Exolvra software to the extent set out in the product license. "You" means the person or organization using the service.

02Do not use the service to break the law or harm others

03Do not attack, abuse, or interfere with systems

04Do not misuse agents and automation

Because agents can use tools, write code, and take actions, you remain responsible for configuring permissions, approvals, and oversight appropriately, and for the consequences of the work you assign.

05Respect the website and the waitlist

06Consequences

If we believe you have violated this policy, we may take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, suspending or terminating access to the website or waitlist, suspending product access in accordance with the product license, and reporting unlawful activity to the authorities. Where practical and appropriate we will give notice, but we may act immediately to address serious risk.

07Reporting abuse

To report a violation of this policy, abuse of the service, or other misuse, email [email protected]. To report a security vulnerability, please use [email protected] and our disclosure process.

08Changes

We may update this policy as the service and the threat landscape evolve. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do; continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
