01Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using exolvra.ai (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 11. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
02About the Site and the waitlist
The Site provides information about Exolvra and lets you join a waitlist. The waitlist is a way for us to contact interested people about access and updates. Submitting your email does not guarantee that you will receive access, create any obligation for us to provide the product, or form a contract for products or services. We may onboard, prioritize, or decline waitlist members at our discretion, and we may change or discontinue the Site or the waitlist at any time.
03The Exolvra product is licensed separately
The Exolvra software is a commercial product made available under its own license (our End User License Agreement) or subscription agreement, which is presented with the product (for example, at download, install, or purchase). Those product terms — not these Site Terms — govern your installation and use of the software, including any free trial. In the event of a conflict regarding the software, the product license controls.
04Trial and pricing information
Any pricing, plans, or free-trial details shown on the Site are for general information, may change, and do not constitute an offer. A free trial, where offered, is provided on the terms stated with the product and without warranty. Binding commercial terms are set in the applicable product license or order.
05Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, layout, the Exolvra name and logo, and other trademarks and materials — are owned by EvolvLabs, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your own informational use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from the Site or use our trademarks without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
06Acceptable use
Your use of the Site must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. Among other things, you agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.
07Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services (for example, our documentation or providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and a link does not imply endorsement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EvolvLabs, LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site after that means you accept the revised Terms.
12Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maryland for any dispute relating to the Site, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
